Qualifications

  • Experience within a 1st/2nd level end user support environment.
  • Great communicator with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Azure, Intune, Active Directory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support and triage for large critical systems.
  • Act as a link between customers and Netcompany.
  • Triage, record, and resolve various technical issues.
  • Monitor alerts and manage events for critical systems.

Skills

1st/2nd level support experience
English communication
Knowledge of MS Office
Experience with Azure and Intune
Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management

Education

Relevant IT education at diploma level or higher
