Job summary

Eventor, part of the Culina Group, is hiring a Logistics Controller to plan deployment of resources, ensuring compliance with WTD and EU drivers legislation. The role involves 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, coordinating drivers and assets, and maintaining clear communication across teams to meet customer requirements efficiently.

Key responsibilities include rosters, emergency planning, transport cost calculations, and out-of-hours driver support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Working Time Directive (WTD) and EU Drivers Hours.
• Experience with GTS and Microlise applications.
• Good customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining driver/core staff rosters over a 24/7 period with reactive and emergency response.
• Allocating ESL transport assets to convoys for deployments.
• Planning routes and contingency options, liaising between convoy commanders and TLMP.
• Clear daily handovers and coordinated communication with shifts and customers.
• Out of hours support to Eventor Drivers and liaison with Customer Services.
• Calculate transport costs and submit for approval.
