Job summary

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Band 6 Nurses, Social Workers or Occupational Therapists to join our Initial Response Service as part of the crisis pathway. You will work in Accrington at The Mount, providing a 24/7 triage/referral service with screening, signposting and support to call handlers and administrators.

Shift times are negotiable at interview. Join a Trust focused on recovery, inclusion and flexible working patterns to support staff wellbeing

Qualifications

• Essential: Recognised Core Mental Health Professional Qualification (e.g. RMN/Dip SW/OT).
• Essential knowledge: in-depth knowledge of mental health problems and risk/protective factors.
• Essential experience: post-qualification clinical work with service users experiencing a range of mental health problems.
