Job summary

Case Management Cymru Ltd. in Merthyr Tydfil is seeking female support workers to assist a seven-year-old with complex health needs.

You will help with play, personal care, feeding, and settling at night, while providing daytime and overnight support as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team led by the family. Applicants should have experience with high-care needs children, own a car and be willing to drive the family van, and be able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children who have high care needs.
• Ability to drive and use of a car, willing to drive the family van.
• Flexible on working hours and shifts.
• Above industry average pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist with play and entertainment, personal care, and feeding.

• Support daytime activities and accompany to medical and therapy appointments when needed.
