We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Practitioner to join our diverse Primary Care team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the frontline of mental health care, embedded within a GP Practice. Youll be supporting patients with mild to moderate mental health needs, helping to bridge the gap between general practice and secondary care.

A visit to Stonehaven is highly encouraged. We would be delighted to show you around Stonehaven and the GP Surgery. We would be happy to discuss workload, annual leave entitlement, appointment templates, IT system, etc.
Please note: This is not a Community Mental Health Nurse (CMHN) role. It does not involve the management of complex, long-term caseloads typically associated with secondary care services.
