About the Role
This fixed-term opportunity is for an advanced clinical pharmacist to provide leadership to the mental health pharmacy team within West Lothian HSCP, based at St John’s Hospital, working across adult and older people's mental health, including community-based services.
Responsibilities include providing pharmaceutical care to vulnerable patients, medication reviews, medicines information, high-dose antipsychotic monitoring, adherence to the Mental Health Act, and patient/carer education.

About you
We seek a pharmacist with substantial clinical experience, preferably in mental health, with leadership skills and experience in service development and staff management. Essential qualifications include a Master of Pharmacy, registration with GPhC, and annotation as an independent prescriber. A postgraduate diploma or Masters in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent is required, with additional engagement in advanced clinical training and practice networks.
