Job summary

Willmott Dixon is recruiting a Site Manager year-out student to join our Midlands team for 12 months, starting August/September 2027, on a project based in Warwick. You will follow a structured training programme with a mentor and join our trainee programme, progressing into a career in construction.

You must be currently studying a Construction Management, Site Management or Construction Project Management degree, have the right to work in the UK, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Job description

Willmott Dixon are currently recruiting for a Site Manager year out student to join our Midlands team for 12 months commencing August/September 2027. This opportunity will suit those studying a Construction Management, Site Management or Construction Project Management degree commencing their 2nd year of university and seeking a year out or industry placement. This is for a project based in Warwick.

With schemes ranging from £10m to over £200m, you’ll have the opportunity to gain experience with our site teams as we progress through the different stages of project delivery.

The Placement

As a year out student there will be a structured training programme for you to follow, and a mentor will be allocated to assist with your progress through this.
