We deliver valuation, consultancy, transactional (agency), equity and debt financing services across all of our sectors. You will rotate around the division, gaining an unmatched breadth of experience across a variety of sectors and service lines, before specialising in a particular sub-team once qualified.
Headquartered in London, we work alongside specialist colleagues across our network of 241 offices in the UK and Europe, as well as colleagues in over 700 international offices.
There are currently more than 160 professionals in the division, and we have significant growth ambitions.
If successful, you will be part of shaping some of the fastest growing, most exciting sectors in real estate.
The Savills OCM Analyst Programme involves six rotations lasting four months each. Analysts rotate through different specialist teams within our division, allowing them to gain a thorough understanding of the industry, the Savills business, the Living sectors and our clients, in preparation for the APC and becoming a skilled real estate professional.
The OCM Analyst Scheme will include rotations within OCM Valuation and one of our Agency teams (Residential, Student Accommodation & Co-Living, Healthcare & Senior Living, Hotels, Self Storage or Europe), as well as either Equity or Debt Advisory.
The division works on many market-shaping mandates, which will provide you with unmatched exposure and experience of the full lifecycle of an asset or platform.
We invest extensively in developing our people and frequently provide support with qualifications (additional to the APC), such as CFA or CFI, etc. You will be given exposure to clients from the outset and provided with a platform to build a strong network internally and externally.
Above anything else, we look for passion, a ‘can do’ attitude, drive and resilience across our team - so it's important that at all stages of the process you take every opportunity to show us who you are, be honest and be yourself.
Our training and development programme is highly regarded as one of the best in the real estate industry, and has been carefully designed to enable our Analysts to reach their full potential.
As an Analyst, you will have regular opportunities to attend technical, business skills and personal development sessions - including conferences, courses, lectures, networking, mock assessments, revision sessions and social events - which will complement your practical experience and meet the theoretical requirements of your APC.
You will have an APC supervisor and counsellor to support and guide you throughout the two year training programme, as well as a team mentor. They will discuss your training and experience needs with you at regular progress reviews, ensuring you receive all the support you require.
Savills has been named the Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property for 18 consecutive years, which demonstrates the excellence of our training programme, which is bespoke for each pathway.
Once you have successfully passed your professional qualification, you will continue to receive market-leading training and career development opportunities.
We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up-to-date with changes to legislation and business needs.
