Savills is offering a Graduate Building Surveyor/Project Manager role in London with a September 2027 start. You will join our Building & Project Consultancy team supporting project management and building surveying across multiple sectors.
The role provides a structured training path, permanent contract, and benefits including a £1,500 sign-on in London and 25 days’ annual leave. You’ll work with a national network of offices and gain APC progress guidance.

Salary: London: £30,000 and £1,500 sign on bonus / Regions: £27,000 and £1,000 sign on bonus (Some regions offer a higher salary of £30,000 and £1,500 sign on bonus, dependent on location and the Cost of Living)

Drawing on backgrounds in Chartered Building Surveying, Project Management, and Structural Engineering, we deliver a truly national service. Our project management teams support investors, developers, landlords, owner-occupiers, and tenants, overseeing the development, refurbishment, and fit-out of properties across a diverse range of sectors. We provide comprehensive project and programme management services, including employers' agent, risk management, procurement strategy, programming, contract administration, and strategic project consultancy.
Our national building surveying teams deliver tailored, end-to-end solutions across every stage of the project lifecycle. They provide specialist advice on the acquisition, development, ownership, occupation, sustainable retrofit, and disposal of individual assets and property portfolios across all sectors. Working closely with institutional clients throughout the UK and Europe, including commercial landlords, investors, banks, and occupiers, they take the time to understand their unique business objectives and provide clear, strategic, and commercially focused advice to support their property interests.
