The nationwide team of over 100 experts provide an extensive range of services to established and new for-profit providers of affordable housing, local authorities, registered social landlords (housing associations), investors, developers, banks and governing bodies.

About this role

As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to rotate within each of the five teams in the Affordable Housing Division, obtaining a wide range of experience towards your APC. You will be exposed to clients from the outset and given the opportunity to build your network both internally and externally working with market leaders.

Rotations

• General Consultancy - Asset management, Stock rationalisation
• Development and Regeneration - Development appraisal & valuations, Project management
• Surveying and Procurement - Surveying, Delivery of large projects
• Valuation - Loan security valuations, Buy/sell site advice
• Treasury and Debt Advisory - Financial consultancy, Fund raising/advice
