Job summary

WTW in Leeds is seeking a keen student in your penultimate year to join our Retirement team and contribute to supporting major UK pension schemes. You’ll work on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution matters, helping advisers deliver insightful, value-driven pension solutions to household-name brands and charities.

This hybrid role blends office collaboration with remote work, requiring numerical confidence, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to learn from experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

• Eager to learn and contribute to pension-advisory tasks.
• Strong numerical abilities and quantitative reasoning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with solving technically complex problems.
• Enrolled in penultimate year; pursuing a numerate degree with targeted maths.
• On track for a 2:1 degree (A-level Maths or equivalent).
