Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Leeds invites graduates to join our Retirement team on a structured programme that combines learning with real client exposure. You’ll contribute to initiatives on defined benefit and defined contribution schemes, developing analytical and communication skills from day one.

We offer hybrid working with three days in the office and support from experienced mentors, helping you build a career in a global advisory firm focused on people, risk and capital.

Requirements:
