Job summary

Wintech Resources Limited in Wolverhampton invites you to apply to its 2027 Graduate Programme, a two-year development path designed to launch an engineering career. Year 1 salary £25,000; Year 2 salary £26,810.

Over two years, you will rotate across Façade Design and Consultancy, Structures, Civil Engineering, MEP, Fire Engineering, and Façade Access, with year-two specialisation possible (subject to availability). Successful completion leads to a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be on track to achieve at least a 2:1 in an engineering discipline listed.
• Engineering foundation is essential for the programme.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across key engineering disciplines during the two-year programme.
• Possible specialisation in year two subject to availability.
• Upon successful completion, a permanent contract will be offered.

Who We're Looking For

To be eligible for the programme, you must hold (or be on track to achieve) at least a 2:1 in one of the following disciplines:

• Architectural Engineering
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Civil or Structural Engineering
• Or a closely related engineering degree

Please note: we are unable to accept applications from other degree backgrounds, as an engineering foundation is essential for this programme.

Right to Work in the UK: you must have Right to Work in the UK before joining the graduate programme. Visa sponsorship is not available.

About the Programme

Over two years, you'll rotate across several key engineering disciplines, including:

• Façade Design and Consultancy
• Structures
• Civil Engineering
• MEP
• Fire Engineering
• Façade Access

These rotations offer a unique, hands-on introduction to the diverse world of building engineering. In your second year, you'll have the opportunity to specialise in one of these areas (subject to availability), gaining deeper insight and experience in your chosen discipline.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll be offered a permanent contract with us.
