Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is offering a Finance Graduate Programme in Leeds. Over three years you’ll rotate across six placements in Business Finance, Credit Control, Management Accounts and FP&A, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to decision-making.

You’ll also study towards ACCA or CIMA with dedicated tuition days through our external partner, joining a global team of 69,000 colleagues making an impact worldwide.

Qualifications

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:1 in a relevant bachelors’ or master’s degree.

Our Finance team plays a key role at WSP, helping the business make informed decisions, manage performance and deliver long-term value. As a graduate in this team, you’ll gain insight into how strong financial planning, reporting and control support the work we do for our clients, communities and colleagues.

Our three-year Finance Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with broad, hands-on experience across six placements within our key Finance functions, including Business Finance, Credit Control, Management Accounts and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You’ll get involved in end-to-end projects, building your understanding of how each team contributes to our strategy, and developing the skills and confidence to shape your future career in Finance.

You will also benefit from dedicated tuition days with an external training partner as you study towards the highly regarded Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification.

What We’re Looking For
