Job summary

WSP in Leeds is hiring graduates for our Finance team. The three-year Graduate Programme provides six placements across Business Finance, Credit Control, Management Accounts and FP&A, with hands-on projects and mentorship.

You’ll study towards ACCA or CIMA with dedicated tuition days. We’re seeking candidates with a 2:1 in a relevant degree who start in September 2027, and who are passionate about finance, curious, collaborative and motivated to develop their technical expertise while delivering

Our Finance team plays a key role at WSP, helping the business make informed decisions, manage performance and deliver long-term value. As a graduate in this team, you’ll gain insight into how strong financial planning, reporting and control support the work we do for our clients, communities and colleagues.

Our three-year Finance Graduate Programme is designed to provide you with broad, hands-on experience across six placements within our key Finance functions, including Business Finance, Credit Control, Management Accounts and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). You’ll get involved in end-to-end projects, building your understanding of how each team contributes to our strategy, and developing the skills and confidence to shape your future career in Finance.

You will also benefit from dedicated tuition days with an external training partner as you study towards the highly regarded Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification.
