BakerHicks in the UK offers a dynamic two-year Graduate scheme designed to launch your career as a future Assistant Design Manager. You’ll join multi-disciplinary teams, gain hands-on experience across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical or architectural projects, and work alongside experienced mentors.

• Develop awareness and knowledge of the design lifecycle and information management standards.
• Support document control, drawing reviews, managing RFIs and design issue logs with team support.
• Work with the senior design manager to proactively drive the design forward to meet client requirements.
• Demonstrate reliability and attention to detail in checking and coordinating deliverables.

What You’ll Be Doing

Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term. BakerHicks are unable to consider applications from candidates who are working under the Graduate visa route or other time-limited visas, regardless of their duration, due to their temporary status and the future sponsorship requirements under the Skilled Worker route, set out by the UKVI.

Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance or security assurance levels. The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of security clearance or assurance level for this role, in line with client and sector requirements.
