AIG’s Summer Interns join the Claims team for an 8-week program designed to give hands-on experience in insurance claims. The internship runs from 14 June to 6 August 2027 and offers opportunities to work on dynamic projects with leaders in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll learn claims handling, support administration, and gain exposure to regulatory requirements while building your professional network through mentoring circles and networking events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree to be received no later than June 2028.
• Evidence of extra-curricular activities and teamwork are desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

About the AIG Early Career Programme

AIG’s Summer Interns are immersed in the day-to-day operations of a fast-moving, global insurance company. During the 8-week program, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience and insurance industry knowledge, working with leaders on dynamic projects, with plenty of opportunity for challenges, learning and achievement.

Summer Interns join one of our key business teams, which offers a unique opportunity to obtain core technical knowledge and professional skills in a diverse environment. In addition to meaningful on-the-job experiences, interns will join instructor-led masterclasses, hear directly from senior leaders, and build meaningful connections through mentoring circles, networking events and volunteering.

Following completion of the internship program, interns may be considered for a permanent role in the Graduate Analyst program beginning in September 2028.
