BNY’s Client Service Practice internship offers hands-on exposure to client support, service delivery, onboarding, reporting, and relationship management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Through the 10-week Summer Internship Program, students gain practical experience, structured mentorship, and a broad view of BNY’s integrated business model across practices and platforms.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a 3- or 4-year undergraduate degree with a focus on business or technology.
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or Summer 2028.
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher.
• No sponsorship required for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts, coordinating with partners, and helping move issues to closure.
• Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to help teams identify what is working and where the experience can improve.
• Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates that make it easier for clients to do business with BNY.
• Work across operations, service, and relationship teams to keep communication clear and next steps on track.

Program Eligibility

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2027or Summer 2028
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the countrywhere applying.
