Job summary

BNY’s Client Service Practice offers a hands-on 10-week internship in Manchester focused on client support, onboarding, reporting, and process improvement. You will collaborate across business, operations and technology teams to deliver timely, accurate client outcomes and gain insight into our client service model.

Participants develop communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with mentorship, structured projects, and exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives designed to accelerate

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a focus on business or technology.
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or Summer 2028 and on track for a 2:1 or higher.
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (in the country of applying).

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts and coordinating with partners.
• Track service metrics and trends to help teams identify improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates for easier client engagement.

Program Eligibility

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2027or Summer 2028
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the countrywhere applying
