Job summary

BNY Mellon in the United Kingdom is offering its 2027 Analyst Program in Risk & Compliance. The 24‑month rotation exposes you to risk areas across credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model and enterprise risk, while building governance and independent oversight skills.

You will analyze information, support governance and reporting, and develop written communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
• Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027
• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the country where applying)

2027 BNY Analyst Program – Risk and Compliance

Risk & Compliance is responsible for establishing the framework, policies, guidance, and tools that support risk and compliance management across BNY. Led by the Chief Risk Officer, the function provides independent oversight, monitoring, and challenge of risk decisions and activities throughout the risk management lifecycle. Analysts gain hands‑on experience working with global teams across key areas such as credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk, while building an understanding of how strong governance and consistent standards support the firm.
