BNY is launching a 24-month Analyst Program in Risk and Compliance designed to immerse you in governance, risk methods, and enterprise oversight. You will rotate across teams, apply frameworks, and engage with global colleagues to build foundational skills in risk management and control processes.

2027 BNY Analyst Program – Risk and Compliance

Risk & Compliance is responsible for establishing the framework, policies, guidance, and tools that support risk and compliance management across BNY. Led by the Chief Risk Officer, the function provides independent oversight, monitoring, and challenge of risk decisions and activities throughout the risk management lifecycle. Analysts gain hands‑on experience working with global teams across key areas such as credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk, while building an understanding of how strong governance and consistent standards support the firm.

Program eligibility

• Enrollment in a 3 or 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred

• Graduating in Dec 2026 or Summer 2027

• On track to achieve a 2.1 or higher

• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the countrywhere applying.
