About The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to Resourcing Managers and Hiring Managers in the co-ordination, facilitation and delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process. The focus will be on providing an excellent recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates.

You will ensure that campaigns are designed and implemented in a way which meets business needs and adheres to the Civil Service Commission’s Recruitment Principles of open and fair competition.

Overall, you will have a positive and valuable contribution to play in attracting and securing high calibre candidates into roles across the SPS.

This role is eligible for hybrid working arrangements. Your main place of work will be the SPS College in Falkirk, with the opportunity for some home working.

The role is being advertised on a temporary basis for up to 6-months initially, but may be extended or made permanent should a suitable role arise.
