Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking two hard-working CSCS Labourers for an immediate start on a new build housing development in Nuneaton. These roles focus on keeping the site running smoothly, safe, and clean, with general labouring duties and a hands-on workload.

You will assist trade teams, perform heavy manual handling, and help maintain a tidy, compliant site under strict health and safety rules. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and be prepared for rapid start.

Qualifications

• Valid right-to-work documentation.
• Full PPE provided (Safety Boots, High-Vis, Hard Hat).
• Desirable: experience on a new build housing site.
• Strong work ethic and physical fitness for manual lifting.
• Reliable and punctual.
