Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is urgently recruiting two CSCS Labourers for an immediate start on a new build housing site in Nuneaton. The roles involve general site labouring to keep the site running smoothly, safe, and clean.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid CSCS card, wear full PPE, and be physically capable of manual lifting. Previous experience on similar sites is desirable. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
• Full PPE (Safety Boots, High-Vis, Hard Hat).
• Desirable - previous experience on a new build housing site.

Responsibilities

• General site clearance, cleaning, and keeping work areas tidy.
• Heavy manual handling, including moving materials and loading skips.
• Assisting trade teams and site management with daily operational duties.
• Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering strictly to site health and safety rules.

About the Role

These are general site labouring positions focused on keeping the site running smoothly, safe, and clean.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, physical fitness for manual lifting, and strict reliability.
• Right-to-work documentation.
