Job Description:

The Motorsport Competence Group (Team ROWE RACING) is looking for a motivated and flexible race team mechanic at our headquarters in St. Ingbert, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and prepare our GT cars to the required specifications
• Build and prepare car sub-assemblies
• Build and prepare car support equipment
• Participate actively during pit stops, where precision and pace are crucial

Qualifications:

• Passion for motorsport and competition
• Automotive mechatronics engineer or degree in a related technical field
• Experience in motorsport is desirable but not mandatory
• Independent and reliable working style
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends
• Willingness to travel
• Team spirit
• Knowledge of English and German is desirable
