The Motorsport Competence Group (Team ROWE RACING) is seeking a motivated and flexible race team mechanic for our headquarters in Luton, Bedfordshire, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and prepare GT cars to required specifications
• Build and prepare car sub-assemblies
• Prepare car support equipment
• Participate in pit stops, ensuring precision and speed

Qualifications:

• Passion for motorsport and competition
• Automotive mechatronics engineer or similar technical degree
• Motorsport experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Independent, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Willingness to work weekends and travel
• Team spirit
• English and German language skills are desirable
