The Motorsport Competence Group (Team Rowe Racing) is looking for a motivated and flexible race team mechanic at our headquarters in St. Ingbert / Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and prepare GT cars to required specifications
• Build and prepare car sub-assemblies
• Build and prepare car support equipment
• Participate in pit stops, ensuring precision and speed

Qualifications:

• Passion for motorsport and competition
• Degree in automotive mechatronics or related technical field
• Experience in motorsport is a plus but not mandatory
• Independent, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work weekends and travel
• Team spirit and good English & German skills
