Job summary

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a female Support Worker for a brand-new 2:1 care package in Bridgend. You will help a young girl with complex needs, providing personal care and assisting with daily routines and community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, or cerebral palsy.
• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Female Support Workers only (Equality Act 2010)

Responsibilities

• Provide 2:1 support to a young girl with complex needs, assisting with personal care, daily routines, and community activities.
• Maintain a calm, patient approach during transitions and support established routines.
• Work closely with a caring family to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
