Infinity Group is hiring a Service Desk Engineer - 1st Line to keep customers productive, resolve issues quickly, and maintain trust. Based in Tunbridge Wells with hybrid working, you’ll be the first point of contact, triaging tickets and guiding users through solutions.

You’ll work across devices and apps, communicate clearly to non-technical users, and contribute to knowledge base improvements. The role offers unlimited holiday and funded training.

• Own the first response experience
• Resolve and restore quickly across devices, applications, and access
• Triage with accuracy by prioritising, categorising and routing
• Keep customers informed with clear and consistent updates
• Strengthen the system over time by spotting patterns and contributing to knowledge
