Job summary

Booker is seeking delivery drivers to join a local driving team in Knowsley. Working 45 hours per week on an Any 5 from 7 pattern, including some weekends, you will build relationships with regular customers and ensure timely deliveries.

You'll load stock into the vehicle at the branch, unload at customer premises and complete paperwork accurately. CatC / 18T licence and at least two years of driving experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• CatC / 18T licence held by applicant.
• Two years of driving experience required.
• Delivery driving experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out manual deliveries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive customer service attitude.
• Good literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for

Making sure our customers are able to keep their shelves full with the products needed by their customers. You’ll be loading stock in to the vehicle at the Branch and unloading at the customer premises. You’ll also need to ensure the paperwork is completed accurately.

You will need

CatC / 18T Licence

Previous experience of driving (at least two years)

Previous experience of delivery driving is preferred

Ability to carry out manual deliveries

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive customer service attitude

Good level of literacy and numeracy
