Job Description: 12d/Unit 2 Traffic Management Operative, Hinckley

Location: Hinckley, United Kingdom

Salary: Highly competitive per shift, depending on location, skills, and experience, with company bonus, benefits, and overtime opportunities. Plus, a £500 welcome bonus in the first pay for all qualified Operatives!

Working hours: 48 hours/week with overtime; may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call duties, especially if using a company van.

About Chevron Traffic Management

Role Responsibilities

• Undertake traffic counts, communicate with clients/subcontractors, monitor timings and near misses
• Maintain temporary traffic lights
• Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management equipment
• Assist and guide trainees

Candidate Requirements

• SLG Unit 2 or M1/M2 qualification as a minimum
• 12d Lantra qualification preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of Chapter 8
• Full driving license with no more than 6 points; bans must be over 5 years old
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests
• Adaptability, flexibility, attention to detail
