Pinson TM Limited is recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our field teams across the UK. You will be involved in driving IPV units, setting up and removing traffic management sites, and ensuring compliance with NHSS, RAMS and health and safety requirements.

The role suits candidates with traffic management experience and a valid UK driving licence, with opportunities to progress to foreman level through on-the-job training.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Traffic Management operations.
• Ability to drive IPV units.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Must pass Drugs & Alcohol screening.
• Right to Work in the UK is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence with max 6 points.

Aufgaben

• Driving an IPV.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.
• Reporting near misses and incidents to site or Operations Managers.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring the team works safely and efficiently to meet quality targets.
• Complying with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Being aware of RAMS and following them.
• Safely loading and unloading Traffic Management equipment.
• Completing risk assessments.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.

Pinson TM are working with some of the largest traffic management companies across the UK, and due to an increase in work, we are recruiting for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives.

What we are looking for

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV

Duties may include

Driving an IPV.

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.

Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.

Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.

Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.

Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.

Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.

Complete Risk Assessments.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
