Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is looking for Trainee & Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join their team. The role involves driving IPV, setting up and maintaining traffic control sites, and ensuring safety and NHSS compliance across sites.

Candidates should have Lantra traffic management qualifications, be able to pass a drugs/alcohol check, and hold a full UK driving licence with up to six points. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Ability to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (no more than 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Driving an IPV on site.
• Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites per NHSS.
• Reporting near misses to site or Operations Managers.
• Reading and interpreting CAD traffic management drawings.
• Ensuring safe working practices and RAMS compliance.
• Completing risk assessments.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.

What we are looking for

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients.

All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV

Duties may include

Driving an IPV.

Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS.

Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site or Operation Managers.

Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.

To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.

Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.

Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required.

Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements.

Complete Risk Assessments.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
