Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience to join leading Traffic Management teams across the UK. Roles include operating IPV, setting up and maintaining sites, briefing crews and ensuring NHSS compliance.

Pronounced focus on reading CAD drawings, RAMS adherence and safety, with candidate requirements including Lantra qualifications, a valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK. We welcome a range of experience levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the listed Traffic Management roles.
• Able to pass Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Full UK Driving Licence (points ≤6).
• Right to Work in UK.
• Ability to read CAD traffic management drawings.
• Comply with NHSS and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Operate/drive IPV and set up traffic management sites to NHSS standards.
• Deliver site daily briefings and support high-quality work plans.

Job description

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients. All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV
• Duties may include: Driving an IPV. Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS. Deliver site daily briefings. Have a competent understating and implementation of 'Raising The Bar' document. Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers. Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans. Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings. To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times. Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS. Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required. Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements. Complete Risk Assessments. Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
