Job summary

Pinson TM Limited is seeking Traffic Management Operatives with experience to join our network of leading traffic management clients in the UK. Roles include driving IPV, setting up and maintaining sites, and delivering daily briefings in compliance with NHSS.

Read CAD drawings, follow RAMS and health & safety rules, and pass Drugs & Alcohol checks. Full UK driving licence required; right to work in the UK; Lantra approved qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management roles.
• Able to pass Drugs & Alcohol checks.
• Right to work in UK.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points).
• Ability to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Drive an IPV and set up/maintain/remove traffic management sites in NHSS compliance.
• Deliver site daily briefings to crew.
• Ensure safe, high-quality work plans and outputs.
• Report near misses to TSCO or Operations Managers.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.

Job description

We are seeking Operatives with Traffic Management experience. This is a great opportunity to join one of our leading Traffic Management clients. All Candidates must have experience in one or more of the below positions:

• 12AB Traffic Management Foreman with IPV
• Duties may include: Driving an IPV. Setting up, maintaining and removing Traffic Management sites in compliance with NHSS. Deliver site daily briefings. Have a competent understating and implementation of 'Raising The Bar' document. Reporting near misses and anything necessary to site TSCO or Operation Managers. Work alongside your crew to ensure your teammates meet and maintain high quality work plans. Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings. To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality of operations. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times. Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS. Safely managing the unloading/loading of vehicles containing Traffic Management equipment required. Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements. Complete Risk Assessments. Complete daily vehicle checks and report plant & vehicle defects.
