Salary: GBP100,000 - GBP140,000 per annum

Our client, a leading fintech firm and part of a global technology group, is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Program Manager to lead its Outsourcing and Merchant Oversight function. This 12-month engagement offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement key compliance frameworks in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Program Manager, you will be part of a proactive compliance team, working closely with the Head of Compliance & MLRO to design and execute oversight programs that align with the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive compliance program for outsourcing and third-party oversight, including merchant and credit broker oversight.
2. Ensure compliance with FCA requirements in preparation for regulatory authorization.
3. Collaborate with global stakeholders to establish oversight processes, accountability frameworks, and reporting structures.
4. Provide training and raise awareness within relevant teams and business units.
5. Prepare and review regulatory documentation and contribute to the company's overall compliance strategy.
6. Report progress regularly to governance forums and senior leadership.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a proven track record in senior compliance roles within regulated financial services, especially those experienced in managing third-party and outsourcing risks, and familiar with FCA expectations. Experience in designing and building compliance programs from scratch, with extensive knowledge of outsourcing and third-party risk management, is essential.
