Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Technology, Agriculture or related field.
• Interest in agri-sector and meat processing.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate assertively and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Rotational training across technical departments including Hygiene, Quality Control and Production.
• Conduct daily hygiene checks and quality assessments to ensure compliance.
• Identify quality issues and escalate as required.
• Analyse quality control data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate issues and resolutions with QC and production teams.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and support a collaborative environment.
• Adhere to food safety laws, customer requirements and internal standards.
