Kepak Group is offering a 12-month Technical Placement at our Kirkham site, supporting Rustlers production. You will rotate through Hygiene, Quality Control and Production, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

We’re seeking energetic students in Food Science or related fields who are eager to learn, communicate effectively, and contribute to continuous improvement while working under experienced mentors and within our safety-focused culture.

Formación

• Degree in Food Science, Technology, Agriculture, Agricultural Science or related field.
• Demonstrated interest in the meat processing industry.

Responsabilidades

• Rotational Training across technical departments (Hygiene, Quality Control, Production).
• Conduct daily hygiene checks and product quality assessments.
• Identify quality issues and escalate to LM or Technical Manager.
• Analyse QC data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate quality issues and resolutions to QC team and production staff.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and support compliance with standards.
