DFDS is seeking a Social Media & Community Specialist to manage our commercial social media presence and community engagement. You’ll work with Marketing, Customer Care, Content, Brand and Performance teams to ensure our channels are relevant, responsive and engaging.

This 12-month fixed-term contract role requires 1–2 years in social media or related fields, with hands-on experience across major platforms.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, content or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and trends.
• Hands-on experience creating, managing and evaluating social content and campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain DFDS’s social media calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, coordinating content and publishing schedules.
• Create, publish and optimise organic social content; adapt formats, messaging and cadence to support brand and campaigns.
• Monitor and manage customer conversations, respond to community interactions with Customer Care teams.
• Use social listening and performance data to monitor sentiment, identify trends and provide insights to Marketing and Brand teams.
• Build and strengthen DFDS’s online communities through proactive engagement while following brand guidelines.
