Job summary

McLaren Automotive Ltd is seeking a Procurement Intern to join our Procurement team at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, Surrey for a 12-month, full-time on-site internship. You will gain practical experience in sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimisation, contributing to McLaren's premium performance vehicles.

You'll collaborate with Engineering, Finance and Quality teams, supporting projects to drive value across McLaren's global supply chain.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in sourcing, supplier management and cost optimisation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance and Quality.
• On-site internship at the McLaren Technology Centre for 12 months, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing components and materials across different vehicle programmes.
• Support evaluation of supplier proposals and RFQ responses.
• Analyse supplier performance metrics including cost, delivery and quality.
• Work closely with Engineering, Finance and Quality to align procurement with build milestones.
• Assist with additional procurement activities as required.
