Based in the UK, you will support the sales cycle and lead management, delivering qualified opportunities and acting as the main contact for Customer Experience.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the UK or valid work permit for full-time UK employment.
• Experience with customer-facing or customer management roles.
• Highly organised and able to multi-task across teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales cycle and lead management within the Business Development team.
• Deliver qualified opportunities from lead sources to the field Business Development team.
• Act as the primary contact for Customer Experience.
