Job summary

Pernod Ricard is offering a 12-month HR placement in London (Chiswick) to gain hands-on experience across HR administration, data analysis and employee lifecycle activities. The role supports HRBPs, with guidance from experienced colleagues, and includes exposure to Workday and talent acquisition for interns.

The placement is hybrid, requiring 10 days in the office per month, with a preference for 3–4 days on-site weekly. A degree in HR or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work across a wide range of HR generalist topics, supporting full employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate HR administration and data management with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Prepare HR communications and presentations, coordinate meetings and actions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support people reports for managers.
• Contribute to talent management and workforce planning projects.
• Support learning how to use HR systems such as Workday.
• Organise early careers recruitment campaigns and interviews for interns.
• Respond to candidate queries and keep recruitment trackers up to date.
