Job summary

Finning is seeking a Marketing Manager on a 1-year fixed term contract to join our UK & Ireland marketing team. You will lead integrated campaigns, work with Sales to drive ROI, and shape marketing strategy across multiple channels.

You will manage resources, partners, and a portion of the marketing budget while ensuring campaigns deliver measurable value and align with business goals. A CIM Diploma or Marketing degree is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a marketing role with a proven track record of delivering campaigns at pace.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Desirable CIM Diploma or Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
• Desirable experience in B2B marketing within Heavy Plant, Construction, or Power.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across UK & Ireland.
• Collaborate with Sales to drive performance and ROI.
• Develop and publish compelling marketing materials across multiple channels.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns leveraging internal and external resources.
• Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure value delivery.
