Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. in Newcastle (NE1) is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Tutor to support primary and secondary students during school hours.

You will deliver tailored, one-to-one tuition sessions, adapting lessons to individual needs and helping learners build confidence. You will monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with our tuition team to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Strong knowledge of core subjects (English, Maths, and/or Science).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Teaching qualification or tutoring experience is desirable.
