Job summary

TP Tutors in Ashford, Kent seeks dedicated SEN Tutors to deliver one-to-one tuition across Ashford and surrounding areas. You will support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other needs to build confidence and progress toward academic goals.

Flexible full-time or part-time contracts with a pay of £25 per hour. You’ll access specialist SEND training, ongoing consultant support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your local community.

Qualifications

• Experience working with SEN/SEND learners.
• Background in tutoring/teaching/mentoring preferred.
• Good safeguarding knowledge and practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver personalised one-to-one tuition sessions.
• Modify teaching strategies to suit individual learning requirements.

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to overcome barriers to education? TP Tutors is looking for dedicated SEN Tutors to deliver one-to-one tuition across Ashford and surrounding areas, Kent.

In this role, you will work with learners who have autism, ADHD, SEMH, and a range of additional learning needs. By providing personalised tuition, you will help students build self-confidence, reconnect with education, and progress towards their academic objectives.
