Belmont Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to support pupils with diverse needs. The role involves working 1:1 with a child or small groups, fostering a nurturing and motivated approach.

You will join a dedicated team at Belmont Village, an active rural school near Bolton, and contribute to high standards in a supportive environment. The post is fixed-term until 31 August 2028, part-time, term-time, at 27.5 hours per week, with a Grade C SCP 3-5 salary.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children
• Has an understanding of education
• Willingness to learn about specific needs in children and implement strategies to help children make progress
• Is able to keep accurate records and willing to complete necessary paperwork
