Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to work across KS1 and KS2 at a Cranleigh-based specialist school. The role is full-time, term-time only, with hours 08:15-16:00, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and small-group support in a nurturing environment praised by Ofsted.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months teaching assistant experience or equivalent (desirable)
• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent (desirable)
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Supporting KS1- KS2 learners on a 1:1, small group and classroom basis
• Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
