Job summary

Randstad is recruiting a 1:1 Teaching Assistant for Worthing. The role covers KS1–KS2, primarily 1:1 support in a dynamic school environment.

Full-time, term-time only. The ideal candidate will have 6–12 months TA experience, GCSEs in Maths and English, and eligibility to work in the UK. You’ll join a supportive team led by proactive senior leadership, with modern resources and a nurturing ethos.
