Catch22 is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students in achieving their educational goals. The role involves implementing behavior management strategies and working closely with students to motivate and encourage their learning. This is a fixed-term position with opportunities to make a significant impact on young lives.

Our independent schools and a range of tailored support programmes target young people who fall into high-risk groups at all key stages, including those who are excluded or at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools or Pupil Referral Units (PRUs), and those with social, emotional, and/or mental health needs (SEMH) or special educational needs (SEN).
You will provide support for one of our students, ensuring that the education provided is of high quality and that students are supported, motivated, and challenged.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, your main duties will be to:
You will have a good standard of education; however, the role is supportive. You will need to learn aspects of behaviour management and possess the skills and attributes to implement strategies and utilise de-escalation techniques to diffuse behavioural issues. We are looking for candidates with:
Contract: 37 hours per week, term-time only plus 2 weeks, fixed term until July 2026.
