Dimensions is seeking a kind, patient Support Worker to join a dedicated 1:1 role in Bath (BA2) supporting a lady in her 60s with a learning disability. You will learn her preferences and routines to provide personalised care, meal prep, and help with daily activities.

The role includes managing medications and encouraging healthy choices, with opportunities to visit familiar places and build meaningful relationships. Training is provided, and sleep-in shifts offer extra pay.

Qualifications

• Experience not required — full training provided.
• Driver with full UK manual driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care and meal preparation.
• Administering medication and promoting healthy eating.
• Facilitating communication in preferred methods.
• Accompanying visits to places she enjoys and providing reassurance.
• Support independence and daily routines.
• Build a genuine, 1:1 relationship and tailor support to preferences.
